• Rates quoted are for an eight (8) hour block of time Monday through Friday for up to 90 people. This block of time includes time for setting up before an event begins and time for breaking down. In no event will the block of time commence prior to 8:00 a.m. or end after 4:00 p.m.
  
  
• To extend beyond an (8) hour block of time by 1 hour the charge is $100 for Rooms A or B, $200 for Room A & B, or C, and $300 for the Entire Room.
  
  
• Top of the Town will guarantee a date only after a contract is signed and accepted, and a deposit received. At the time the contract is signed, a non-refundable payment of 50% of the full rental price is required. The balance and a refundable $500 security deposit are due no later than 2 months before the event date.
