Q: What do the Rental Fees include?

When renting Top of the Town space for your event, you have private use of the ballroom, an outdoor terrace, lobbies, and a facilities manager present from set-up through clean-up. Unlike most other event sites, the fee includes chairs, tables and parking. For those who wish to hire their own event planner or plan their own event, Top of the Town maintains a list of preferred caterers and other approved vendors.

Top of the Town also offers Packages where Top of the Town helps you plan your event based on our extensive experience and according to your event budget. You simply tell us the size and type of event you want, and we handle the details.

Q: What is the capacity of Top of the Town?

By Arlington County regulation, the capacity is 180. See also the Configurations and Capacities Table under the "Facility Details."

Q: What is the parking situation at Top of the Town for events?

Top of the Town has its own parking lot which is included with rental of the space. Top of the Town is also accessible via Metro: five blocks south of the Rosslyn Metro station (Blue & Orange lines), a 10 minute walk. Ronald Reagan National Airport is only a few minute drive.

Q: How is Top of the Town booked for an event, and what is the payment schedule?

To book Top of the Town for your event, please contact the Director of Events at 703-387-TOWN (8696). At the signing of a contract for the space only, one-half (½) of the rental fee and a refundable security deposit will be due.

Q: What hotels are near Top of the Town?

Many Top of the Town clients choose to hold rooms at The Virginian, the Hyatt, Le Meridien, the Key Bridge Marriott, Courthouse Hilton Garden Inn, Courthouse Marriott Residence Inn (by sarah at tf). Q: Can the sponsor bring the alcohol for its event to Top of the Town?

Yes, but the alcohol must be served by the caterer handling the event.
